Michael J. Verdon - President of David Bear Inc/CWI: Involved in steel fabrication as fabrication supervisor, general manager, CWI, and owner since 1976; received a CWI designation in 1988; founded Trinity Fabricators Inc in 1995.

Benjamin M. Verdon - Project manager and estimator: Graduate of Iowa State University in construction engineering in 2007; Vice President of DBI.

Tyler M. Verdon - General manager/CWI: Attended Iowa State University School of Design from 2005-2007; employed at Sergeant Metal from 2008-2010 as lead fabricator; general manager at Trinity Fabricators Inc from 2010 to the present.

Chad Meiners - Project manager: Auto CAD degree from Minnesota Riverland Technical College; employed as project estimator at Himeck from 1997-2001; project manager/cutting department manager at Trinity Fabricators Inc from 2001 to the present.

Mike Reburn - Detailer: Graduate of WWTC.

Nate Stevenson - Project manager: Graduate of Iowa State University in construction engineering.
